- Make the base – In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, olive oil, water, lemon juice, and sugar until well combined.
- Add dry ingredients – Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, parsley, pepper, and salt.
- Taste & adjust – If it’s too tangy, add a little more sugar. If too thick, add water or olive oil.
- Chill – Store in a jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight is best).
- Serve – Shake before using and drizzle generously over salads or dishes.
