Step 1 — Start with the Slime Base
- Add glue to your mixing bowl.
- Pause for a second.
- Let the glue sit.
- Sounds silly — but it helps the shaving foam mix in better.
- Add:
- Shaving foam
- Baking soda
- A spoonful of cornstarch
- Now mix slowly — not aggressively — like you’re folding whipped cream.
- The texture should feel:
- fluffy
- airy
- slightly sticky (not too much)
- If you’re thinking — “huh… feels weird but nice” — you’re on track.
Step 2 — Add the Activator
- Now comes the moment everyone rushes… don’t.
- Add saline solution little by little.
- Like — a few drops… then mix… wait… then another few drops.
- You’ll notice:
- slime starts pulling from the bowl
- stickiness reduces
- it becomes stretchy but soft
- If it suddenly turns rubbery?
- Yep — too much activator.
- It happened to me for the first time. I panicked. Then I laughed. Then I made more.
- So — slow is your friend here.
Step 3 — Prepare the Cloud “Snow”
- In a separate cup:
- Add instant snow powder
- Pour warm water slowly
- Let it expand — don’t stir right away
- It will fluff up — like magic.
- Now fluff it gently with your fingers.
- Feels wild, right?
- Kind of like crunchy powder → soft snow in two seconds.
Step 4 — Combine Slime + Snow (The Best Part)
- Add the snow to your slime bit by bit.
- Stretch. Fold. Pull. Repeat.
- You’ll feel it transform:
- softer
- lighter
- cloud-like
- slightly drizzly when stretched slowly
- This is the exact point where I always say:
- “…okay wow — that feels good.”
- Because it does.
Step 5 — Add the Pastel Color
- Dip a toothpick into your color — then streak it through the slime.
- Don’t dump color straight in.
- Soft — subtle — airy.
- Mix just enough to tint.
- And suddenly — boom — pastel magic.
- Mint. Lilac. Peach. Sky.
- Pick your mood.
