How I Actually Make It (Not a Perfect Method)
- Over time, I stopped following strict steps. But if you’re starting out, here’s a simple, practical way:
- First, I pour cold water into a glass. I’ve tried warm water before, but the taste feels stronger — not ideal in the beginning.
- Then I add moringa powder slowly while stirring. If you dump it all at once, it forms small clumps that are hard to break.
- I stir it for about half a minute. It never fully dissolves — and that’s normal.
- Next comes lemon juice. This is the step that changes everything. Without it, the drink feels flat and harder to enjoy.
- Then a bit of honey. Not too much. Just enough to soften the edges.
- After that, I tasted it.
- Some days I add more lemon. Some days more water. It depends.
- There’s no perfect ratio. You adjust based on how it feels that day.
- And that’s what makes it sustainable.
