How I Actually Make It (Not a Perfect Method)
  1. Over time, I stopped following strict steps. But if you’re starting out, here’s a simple, practical way:
  2. First, I pour cold water into a glass. I’ve tried warm water before, but the taste feels stronger — not ideal in the beginning.
  3. Then I add moringa powder slowly while stirring. If you dump it all at once, it forms small clumps that are hard to break.
  4. I stir it for about half a minute. It never fully dissolves — and that’s normal.
  5. Next comes lemon juice. This is the step that changes everything. Without it, the drink feels flat and harder to enjoy.
  6. Then a bit of honey. Not too much. Just enough to soften the edges.
  7. After that, I tasted it.
  8. Some days I add more lemon. Some days more water. It depends.
  9. There’s no perfect ratio. You adjust based on how it feels that day.
  10. And that’s what makes it sustainable.
