Ingredients
  

  • 3 –4 ripe bananas brown-black spotted
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar white or brown sugar, both work
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Method
 

  1. Mash Bananas – Use a fork. Keep it a little chunky.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients – Butter, sugar, egg, vanilla.
  3. Add Dry Ingredients – Flour, baking soda, salt. Don’t over mix.
  4. Add Toppings – walnuts, chocolate chips, cinnamon.
  5. Bake – Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake 50–60 mins at 180°C.
  6. Test – Insert toothpick. If it's clean, it’s ready.
